My mechanics are all solid, however I still experience back pain when I play for a long amount.

I get a lot knee pain after I play ball. More so, the day after. I wanted to know what workouts I could do to fix this or at least make it feel a little better.

I am recovering from jumpers knee right now after my high school season (sophmore). Should I try and go back out next year if I am injury prone?
