About Coleman:

  • Founded By Any Means Basketball in 2016 at age 17 while playing at basketball powerhouse St. John's College High in Washington, DC.
  • Rather than accepting college basketball opportunities, decided to focus on training and expanding his business in Miami.
  • Has traveled both nationally and internationally to work with athletes in over 15 countries and 30 cities..
  • Spreads innovative content to a global following of over 450,000 hoopers online.
  • Received his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Miami.
  • Opened DETAIL Miami Gym in 2021, a 7,300 square foot state-of-the-art training facility in Miami, Florida.
  • Works with players of all levels (middle school to NBA pro's), from all over the world in Miami, where he hosts his training.
  • Has been studying the art and science of ballhandling since 2017, through the lenses of biomechanics, skill acquisition and motor learning, and creativity.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are the programs organized? The long-form programs are 10-12 weeks, and shorter ones between 2-6 weeks. Each of these are organized into daily workouts in a strategically planned order (for example: Week 3, Day 4: Acceleration Technique). Then, we use the weekends to attack other important pieces of a holistic training schedule, such as mobility, meditation, recovery, IQ, and more!

What resources do I need? This varies by program, but each can be done with no equipment, and no partner! There are alternatives to every single exercise within the program. 

What skill level are the programs designed for? Each drill can be adjusted based on skill level. All programs have been tested on players of all levels, and have proven to meet players where they're at, especially with the progressions and regressions we provide to make it easier or more difficult!


Do I have lifetime access to the programs I purchase? Yes. With your purchase, you'll be able to access the program forever.

Are there refunds? No refunds are accepted on Virtual Academy programs.
