We need to incorporate drills for balance, fluidity, making tough shots, shooting off the dribble, challenging our psychology, and more, all while getting a high amount of shots. Not easy. FOCUSES OF THE PROGRAM:
Becoming a well-rounded shooter: becoming a true shooter requires the ability to make a wide range of shots! In the Ultimate Shooting Program, we'll of course spend time on the basics, but will also devote drills and workouts to shooting on the move, in imperfect situations, when slightly off-balance, and much more! You'll truly be a well-rounded shotmaker, and will be able to shoot in any situation: pick and rolls, mid range, off of any movement--the list goes on.
Mentality, confidence, and psychology: we can get up all of the shots we want, but without confidence and a strong mentality, our work will never truly come to fruition in-game. By the end of the program, you'll be a significantly more confident, consistent, and mentally strong shooter, who can break through slumps with ease and get into the flow state 10 times more often!
Quality AND quantity: in our shooting workouts, we need a high amount of reps, but also need these to be very high quality, challenging shots! In all honesty, most programs only focus on one of these (usually quantity). The Ultimate Shooting Program truly covers both of these, and it's part of why our shooters have seen such crazy results!

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the program organized? The program is 12 weeks, organized into daily workouts. Each day has its own workout (example: Week 3, Day 4: Pick and Roll Shooting), with 5 days a week devoted to skill workouts, one to mobility, meditation, and recovery, and light reps, and one off day.
What resources do I need? Just a basket and a ball! That's it. If you have a partner, it can help (by having a rebounder and/or a contest), but it's not necessary at all..
What skill level is it designed for? Each drill can be adjusted based on skill level. The program was designed for higher level ball handlers, but with the proper regressions, I have gone through the program with beginners who have been able to see huge benefits and the perfect amount of challenge.
How long are the workouts? Depending on the day, if you have a partner, and how fast you move through the drills, the workouts can last between 30 mins and a bit over an hour. The great thing is that you're pretty in control of this, and I encourage adding or cutting out reps to perfectly customize the length of the workout.
Can I do the program during my season? 100%. Once again, every athlete on the Virtual Academy is encouraged to customize the workouts to their circumstances, so some workouts can be done in even 15 minutes by cutting out drills that aren't relevant in-season, demand too much physically, or even simply take too long!
Are there refunds? No refunds are accepted on Virtual Academy programs.
