Frequently asked questions

The Mental Skills Academy is a daily guide with meditation, a mental development challenge, instructional videos, and more included each day. It's very flexible to be adjusted, although we strongly suggest sticking close to the plan considering you don't need any equipment or resources to get most of it done.
The Mental Skills Academy is meant to be done with no essential resources. It's great to have places to hoop and apply these concepts on-court, but we've even had injured players who have gone through the program without any ability to apply on court, and have seen big jumps.
The routine will vary, but most days, it's no longer than 15-30 minutes maximum.
Each drill can be adjusted based on skill level. All programs have been tested on players of all levels (literally intermediate youth up to NBA players), and have proven to meet players where they're at, especially with the progressions and regressions we provide to make it easier or more difficult.
Yes, the MSA is a one-time payment, lifetime access program.
