FOCUSES OF THE PROGRAM:
- Situational Pick & Roll Work: in games, every pick and roll will be different. But there are certain looks that you will see repeat themselves over and over, so we crafted the program so that every pick and roll rep you will do is extremely specific to what you will see in-game. We included the five most common ball screen situations: soft hedges, medium hedges, hard hedges, drag screens, and defenders going under the screen -- and ensure that you will not only understand how to attack them, but why. So in that game, you'll be ready for anything.
- Specific Qualities: obviously, it's tough to truly simulate pick and roll situations and passing unless you have 10 players helping you work out. However, we can build up every quality that goes into becoming lethal in the pick and roll so that that finished product will be a lot easier. It's like building a house: without the foundation (finishing, ballhandling, mid-range and perimeter shooting, etc.), the full house (your play in the pick & roll) will never be complete and sturdy! So, we identified the most important qualities to playing in the pick and roll game, and targeted them.
- Live 1 on 1: we are huge believers in building instinct and transferring your skills to that real game through live play. So, if you have a workout partner, we give you structured options to play one on one so that all the skills you're working on will come to fruition.
- Learning the Game: with over 8 exclusive breakdowns and tutorials, you will learn the basics and some of the fundamental details of playing off of ball screens. Learn how the best guards in NBA history were so successful using it, so that you can apply many of the same techniques yourself.
- Nutrition and Recovery: with over an hour of nutrition content and extensive recovery/injury prevention information, you will have the keys to shift how you fuel and recover to optimize performance.
