The game is changing, and the pick and roll is becoming an even bigger part of the game every year. It’s not a rarity to see guards in college with over 40% of their possessions coming off of ball screens, and even 50% for many pros. So if you're a guard, you've gotta be prepared to work off of screens.
This isn't just any old workout program. We're giving you four workouts per week for two months, exclusive film breakdowns, recovery and nutrition tips, informational videos, and much more. Not every day will be pick & roll focused, but each workout will have a different theme that will work to elevate your ability to play off of ball screens. Floaters, two foot finishes, mid-range pull-ups, and a lot more.
