​At the By any Means Summer Academy

This summer, we at By Any Means Basketball will have roughly 10 athletes per week flying in from all over the world to train with us in Miami. Some will stay for a month or longer, and some will just make a quick week-long stop. Regardless, these athletes will receive an unbelievably immersive and comprehensive training regimen, a period of time to enjoy sightseeing and experiences in Miami, and the opportunity to build a family of fellow basketball players thousands of miles from home.

About Their Experience

In the Full Academy Experience, we'll take care of their accommodations, food, and transit to the gym, as well as experiences like sightseeing, beach trips, yoga classes, and more!  Think of this as the ultimate training camp with a small group of 6-10 dedicated hoopers. Athletes will stay in our academy house with the other Academy members, as well as two of our coaches who are on the clock 24/7 to ensure that everything is good to go.

The Details:

• Food: our chef, food delivery service, and catering will ensure that all athletes receive healthy meals and snacks promptly every day!
• Transit: each morning, our coaches will drive a small, private passenger bus to the gym, as well to any experiences that athletes enjoy!
• Experiences: in between workouts and on weekends, athletes will be able to go sightseeing in Miami, relax on the beach, head to different basketball courts, and more!​

Full Experience Weekly Training Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
7:00am: wake up + breakfast provided. Drive to gym with a By Any Means coach.
8:00am: performance training session with Coleman.
9:00am: post-workout snack and recovery.
10:00am: private session with a By Any Means coach.
11:00am: return to house to hang out, nap, and relax.
1:00pm: lunch provided at house.
3:00pm: optional experience 1-2 days/week (beach, sightseeing, etc.)
7:00pm: open runs 1-2 days/week

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday:
8:00am: wake up + breakfast provided.
9:00am: morning activity at house.
12:00pm: open gym
1:00pm: lunch provided at gym.
5:00pm: small group workout
