  • Physical Prep
    • ​Isometric lunge: 30 sec each
    • Oscillatory lunge: 30 sec each
    • Repeated stepbacks: half court & back
  • Ballhandling Series 1
    • ​Continuous between same leg shifts: 20 sec each way
    • Continuous behind back shifts: 20 sec each way
    • Walking side to side into triple combo: free throw line & back twice
    • Hop betweens for quickness: half court and back
    • Hop behinds for quickness: half court and back
    • Hop betweens for distance: half court and back
    • Hop behinds for quickness: half court and back
  • Hang Hesitation Series
    • Hang and explode: full court and back
    • Hang into in & out: half court & back
    • Hang into cross, raise up, explode: half court & back
  • Shot Warmup
    • Tap stepback soft touches: 20 makes
    • Arc shot warmup: 2 at each distance, each side
  • Elbow Shot Series
    • ​Hang to pull-up: 4 makes
    • Hang to stepback: 4 makes
    • Hang to inverted snatch back: 4 makes
  • ​Progressive Stepbacks (both directions)
    • 3 slow balance
    • 3 moderate balance
    • 3 fast balance
  • Game Situation Series (3-6 makes each)
    • Hang, hop between, into stepback
    • Hang, drive middle, same-foot stop, tap stepback
    • Hang, between-cross, tap stepback
  • Repetition
    • Pump fake into stepbacks: 5 makes each way
