  1. Dynamic Warmup
  2. Shot Warmup
    1. One-Handed Soft Touches: 20 makes
    2. Hop Form Shots: 20 makes
    3. 90 Degree Balance Jumpers: 5 each direction 
    4. 180 Degree Balance Jumpers: 5 each direction 
  3. Sliding Hop Jumpers: 9 makes each side
  4. Hip-to-Hip Jumpers: 8 makes at wing, top, and other wing
  5. Down-Screen Series: 6 makes each shot, each side
    1. Curl into hop jumper
    2. Bump back into hop jumper
    3. Bump back into pump fake, side-step jumper
  6. Sprint-Across Jumpers
    1. 6 each way with hop
    2. 6 each way with 1-2
  7. ​Short Cut into Pump Fake Jumpers: 10 makes total each way
  8. Star Drill: twice
  9. 10 Free Throws
