- Ballhandling Warmup
- Tap Crossovers: 2 sets of 30 seconds
- High-to-Low Crossovers: 2 trips down AND back.
- In-&-Out + Behind Leg: 2 trips down each hand.
- In-&-Out + Behind Leg (with speed change): 2 trips down each hand.
- Single Move + Repeated In-&-Outs: 2 trips down and back.
- Snatch-Back Drills
- Shot Pocket Snatches: 3 makes each hand from short, mid range, and three. Both wings.
- Snatch Back Progression (both wings)
- Simple Snatch into Jumper: at least 8 makes.
- Snatch into Hesi + In-&-Out: at least 8 makes.
- Snatch into Hesi + In-&-Out and Counter: at least 8 makes.
- Floater Drills
- Floater Warmup: 5 makes each hand off of one foot, 5 each hand off of two feet.
- Combo Floaters: 5 makes each hand, each wing.
- Hold-Off Floaters: 10 makes each wing.
- Repeated Snatch Backs: 2 sets of 10 makes.
