  1. Dynamic Warmup
  2. Ballhandling Warmup
    1. Tap Crossovers: 2 sets of 30 seconds
    2. High-to-Low Crossovers: 2 trips down AND back.
    3. In-&-Out + Behind Leg: 2 trips down each hand.
    4. In-&-Out + Behind Leg (with speed change): 2 trips down each hand.
    5. Single Move + Repeated In-&-Outs: 2 trips down and back.
  3. Snatch-Back Drills
    1. Shot Pocket Snatches: 3 makes each hand from short, mid range, and three. Both wings.
    2. Snatch Back Progression (both wings)
      1. Simple Snatch into Jumper: at least 8 makes.
      2. Snatch into Hesi + In-&-Out: at least 8 makes.
      3. Snatch into Hesi + In-&-Out and Counter: at least 8 makes.
  4. Floater Drills
    1. Floater Warmup: 5 makes each hand off of one foot, 5 each hand off of two feet.
    2. Combo Floaters: 5 makes each hand, each wing.
    3. Hold-Off Floaters: 10 makes each wing.
  5. Repeated Snatch Backs: 2 sets of 10 makes.
