FOCUSES OF THE PROGRAM:
- Ball Control: as long as you have a basketball, you're set to take your ball control to the next level. We give you daily workouts focusing on the central qualities of ball control: rhythm, changing speeds and heights, ball speed, just to name a few.
- Foundational Strength: too many hoopers jump into high-intensity plyometric and explosive work without building a base of strength. You get carefully crafted 3 lower body workouts and 2 upper body workouts per week to assist you in developing basketball strength.
- Explosiveness/Acceleration: while strength and building robust movement patterns are the primary focus, we're making sure that you are building the foundations of explosiveness, too. Think of it this way: we're building up the car, but also making sure we are acclimating it to using that horsepower that it's developing.
- Nutrition and Lifestyle: we collaborated with exercise physiologist Andres Preschel to bring you extremely in-depth information on how to shift your lifestyle to optimize your nutrition, sleep, recovery, and more as a hooper.
