- Soft touches: start every shooting workout with these. Start about 3 feet away from the basket and progress around the five spots (both corners, both wings, in front of basket) back and forth until you reach 60 makes. These are meant to work on form, so make sure your form is perfect every time.
- Alternating rapid shots: start at the first spot. Make one spot-up jumper, one right-handed dribble into a pull-up and then one left-handed dribble into a pull-up. Repeat twice at each spot for a total of 30 shots. Go back around the arc to reach 60.
- Balance shooting: start 3 feet in front of the basket. Shoot one jumper off of one foot. Then reach down and touch the floor with the ball, coming up into a jumper. Repeat at all five spots for a total of 10 shots.
